Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional time during sales, new product launches and public holidays.

New Zealand Shipping
Tracked shipping: NZD $6
Free tracked shipping on orders over NZD $100
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may require an additional 2–3 business days.

Australia Shipping
Tracked standard shipping: NZD $10
Free tracked shipping on orders over NZD $150
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier, weather or customs delays.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. By Cyra Jewellery is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Australian customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply.
