We hope you love your By Cyra jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can assess your claim.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. We will also cover the reasonable return shipping costs for approved faulty items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
