Do you accept returns?
We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
